Feeling betrayed, "We Found Love" songstress Rihanna once sued her father, Ronald Fenty, for allegedly using her name fraudulently to make money.
The singer also sued her father’s business partner Moses Perkins for allegedly misrepresenting her affiliation with their company.

HER FATHER'S ILLEGAL DEALS
In 2017, Perkins and Ronald launched a production and talent company called Fenty Entertainment. During the same year, Rihanna also unveiled her Fenty Beauty line of cosmetics. The singer’s complaint read:

“Although Mr. Fenty is Rihanna's father, he does not have, and never has had, authority to act on Rihanna's behalf...”
Her father and his business partner also allegedly entered into deals using her name without her knowledge, including a $15 million deal for her to perform 15 shows in Latin America.
EXPLOITING HER SUFFERING
It broke the acclaimed singer’s heart to have a family member using her for profit. She said that her father went straight to the press to make money instead of checking in on her after the incident.
It seems that father and daughter have patched things up. In April 2020, Ronald said that the "Umbrella" hitmaker was checking in on him every day after he contracted the coronavirus.
TURBULENT MARRIAGE
The pop star, who shot to stardom at 17 years old with the release of her song “Pon de Replay” in 2005, reportedly brought a ventilator and shipped it to Ronald in their homeland Barbados.
