Age of Empires 3 gets interesting cooperative experience

If you are a fan of strategy games, then Age of Empires 3 is a classic. That game got a re-release in 2020, which has now gotten a lot better.

Age of Empires 3 has in fact received an update. With it, the ability to fight battles cooperatively has been added to the title. And gaming together is always just a little more fun.

Age of Empires 3 better thanks to update

Age of Empires 3 is certainly not the best game in the series. We had more fun with the latest installment and the first two games that are considered classics. Still, we can appreciate that the developer released such an update two years after its release. On the Steam page, the update is explained. It is a free update that gives you the opportunity to experience historical battles together with a friend. Should that friend only have the base game, no worries. If you have the DLC required to play a piece of content, then you can invite that friend to join you in cooperative combat.

There are a total of 12 historical battles in Age of Empires 3 that take advantage of this feature. All of them have been modified so that they can be played really well cooperatively. By working well together, you have just that little bit more chance of defeating the enemy. So agree on how to build your economy, for example. It may be that one of the two players quickly builds a small army, while the other is more concerned with developing the techniques, so that later he can produce stronger units. By helping each other in this way you can tackle various problems and emerge victorious from the battle.
