Via their Twitter account, they have announced when you can go wild with Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. Fortunately, that’s a little earlier than we might have expected.

Because Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 will be released worldwide on October 28. Then the game will be, say, “shipped,” which in Dutch we often ugly translate to shipped. And shipped is of course a reference of the boat on which products are moved. That was used as a wink to reveal the date. In the video below you can see how different artwork from game is placed on a boat and some containers in the harbor.

At the same time, this date unveiling of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is raising a lot of questions. It also seems that the developer is incorporating certain hints into the teaser. An observant insider has cast his eye on the white lines you see on the faces of the various characters. Ghost’s face appears to be a map of the California bay area. Perhaps the other drawings also show locations around the world.

Famous characters
In addition, the teaser confirms the return of a number of familiar characters in Modern Warfare 2. Captain Price, for example, is back on the scene, as is Gaz. Ghost and Alejandro are the other characters that appear in the artwork. It is expected that the game will be revealed for real soon and we will be able to try out the beta not long after.
