Full of impatience, we are waiting for Apple’s Reality Pro glasses. And mostly we are curious about the design. The website Freelancer.com shared that feeling and put out a design contest. And the winner created a design that is stunning.

Some other details of the Reality Pro have also come out. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the headset will be presented at WWDC (Worldwide Developers Conference) this summer.

Who is Mark Gurman?

Mark Gurman is a technology journalist working at Bloomberg. He has been writing about Apple for more than a decade, previously worked for 9to5Mac and is among the most reliable sources. He is known anno 2022 mainly for his own newsletter: Power On.

In addition, the analyst states that the headset for FaceTime scans the face and body to create a semi-realistic avatar that one can use in video calls. This will give the feeling that you are really in the same room together.

hefty battery on your pants

Then there’s the persistent rumor that the headset itself has no battery. Chances are, Apple has an external battery in mind. So you will have to attach this one to your pants, for example. Despite the fact that it will probably be a hefty battery, you shouldn’t expect too much from it in terms of battery life. It is stated that the Reality Pro can be used for about two hours.

Should you be eager to get your hands on the Reality Pro, feel free to set aside some pennies. After all, according to experts, it is going to cost around $3,000.
