All the actors therefore come from the country and they are certainly not the least. Shaun Toub and Navid Nagahban already played in Homeland. Lead actress Niv Sultan already managed to impress in the first season.

A new season of Tehran

The Apple TV+ series Tehran is about an Iranian hacker in Israeli service. She must break into a computer in her hometown to defuse an Iranian nuclear reactor. Of course, the authorities do everything they can to track her down.

The second season picks up where the first left off on Apple TV+. Indeed, if you haven’t seen the first season yet, you better stop reading from here. We warned you: here it comes. Her mission in the first season failed and so her loved ones are in danger. As such, Tamar must do everything in her power to get them out safely. Planning that operation, however, is not going to be so easy.

A success for Apple TV+

The first season of Tehran can rightly be called a success for Apple TV+. The show won an International Emmy for best Drama Series. Audiences also appreciated the series. For example, it now scores a 7.5 on IMDb after over 13,000 reviews.

The second season of Tehran can be seen from May 6. On that date you will see the first two episodes. After that, there will be a new one every week. The last one is scheduled for June 17.
