Game of Thrones star snared for new Apple TV series

Game of Thrones is one of the greatest series ever. One of the best-known actors in that series is now going to work for Apple TV+.

Game of Thrones was, of course, a fantastic series. However, the ending was quite disappointing for many fans. Fortunately, they can look forward to the new spin-off House of The Dragon on HBO Max. In it, of course, we see all new actors. The old stars have all gone their separate ways. One of them we will see soon on Apple TV+.

Game of Thrones face on Apple TV+

Apple TV+ has snared Nikolaj Coster-Waldau for its new series The Last Thing He Told Me. Perhaps his name doesn’t tell you much, but he played Jamie Lannister in Game of Thrones. He was also called the Kingslayer because he gave the mad king a heads up.

The Game of Thrones star will now star in the show The Last Thing He Told Me. In the series, we see Hannah, a woman who builds an unexpected relationship with her 16-year-old stepdaughter. Together they go in search of the truth behind her husband’s disappearance. This one is again played by Coster-Waldau.

More big names

By the way, the Game of Thrones star is not the only big name in the new series on Apple TV+. Hannah will be played by Jennifer Garner. Recently, you already saw her in The Adam Project on Netflix. Another role is for Angourie Rice. We already saw the young actress in the latest Spider-Man movies as Betty Brant.

The Last Thing He Told Me is based on a book of the same name by Laura Dave. Much about the series is still unknown. For example, Apple TV+ has not yet attached a release date to it. So we will have to wait and see what exactly we can expect. However, it is clear that despite the presence of Coster-Waldau, it will not resemble Game of Thrones at all.
