Buying a new smartphone quickly leaves its footprints in your wallet. Although, in terms of Android, the market has plenty of options to offer you that can limit the impact.
Cheap is relative, of course, but there are some Android devices that are a bit more affordable than other options. Here are them for February 2022.
Android: 5 cheap smartphones
It’s hard to say which smartphones exactly fit under the card cheap and which not. In principle, you can get a smartphone for € 100, but it is often not much good. With its €379 suggested retail price, the OnePlus Nord 2 is without a doubt among the best budget options. Is the budget very low? No, it certainly isn’t. But the value for money is incredibly impressive. The smartphone carries the benefits of a flagship, but leaves the unnecessarily expensive features at home. You get a display with 90Hz refresh rate, a quad camera system and a strong processor with 8GB or even 12GB. Thanks to the 4500mAh battery and fast charging, you take the smartphone everywhere with you without worrying about the battery for even a second.

#3 Xiaomi Redmi Note 10
If there is one champion in the market for cheap Android smartphones, it is without a doubt Xiaomi. The Chinese technology giant is able to provide smartphones with extremely low prices and extremely good specifications. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, with a suggested retail price of €226, is an excellent example. The smartphone offers you a 6.5-inch display with 90Hz refresh rate, a 48-megapixel main camera in addition to the other three on the back, and Android 11, Google’s operating system, which is updated twice when you go with this device.
