iPhone owners can almost update their smartphones to iOS 18.4. These new features are coming to your smartphone.
Are you an iPhone user? Then it’s time to get ready, because Apple’s latest update is just around the corner: iOS 18.4. The update is already available to beta users and seems to bring with it some interesting features that can really improve your daily use of your iPhone.
The update is expected in early April, but the features are already out there and we’re giving you a preview of what to expect. Let’s look at five of the most notable new features that iOS 18.4 brings.

#1 New Sketch style in the Image Playground app
Apple’s Image Playground has always been a fun way to let your creativity run wild. And with the arrival of iOS 18.4 comes a new style: the Sketch option. This gives your artwork a hand-drawn feel, as if you were drawing with pencil or paint.
To use it, open the Image Playground app, choose the “Sketch” option, enter your prompt, and watch as the app creates a work of art for you.

#2 Priority Notifications: No more unwanted notifications
You probably know the drill. You’re constantly disturbed by notifications from your apps, and yet sometimes you miss that important text from your friend or an urgent message from your boss. With the new Priority Notifications in iOS 18.4, you can now choose which notifications are most important.
Apple Intelligence analyzes your notifications and ensures that only the really important ones are visible on your access screen. Say goodbye to crowded notifications.
#3 Ambient Music for the right mood on iOS 18.4
Sometimes you just need a little background music, whether you want to relax or boost productivity. iOS 18.4 adds an Ambient Music button to the control panel, where you can choose four new options: Sleep, Chill, Productivity and Wellbeing.
Choose the right mood and have music playing in the background while you do other things.

Ambient music is a style of music designed to create a certain atmosphere or mood without too many distractions. It is often used to provide a soothing or relaxing background, perfect for moments of focus, meditation or even falling asleep.
#4 Handy new filter options in the Photos app
Finding that one photo can sometimes be a challenge in the Photos app. But with iOS 18.4, this gets a lot easier. Two new filter options will be added: “Shared with you” and “Not in an album. This will allow you to quickly find all the photos you’ve received from others, or the ones you haven’t sorted yet.
#5 Multiple languages for Apple Intelligence
Apple Intelligence originally began only in American English, but iOS 18.4 expands it to many more languages. From French to Chinese and German to Spanish, Apple Intelligence is finally getting the support it deserves for a wider audience. This will make your interactions with Siri and other Apple apps a lot more accessible.
