Regular OnePlus 10 is coming, but it’s not from OnePlus…

OnePlus is taking a very different approach to its flagship this year than we have come to expect from the company. Where previously the whole world was supplied at the same time, consumers in Europe can only get started with the OnePlus 10 Pro since this week. In the process, the offering in that area also no longer consists of two, but one device. The question of where the regular OnePlus 10 remains is one that is completely understandable.

The Chinese company itself hasn’t said very much about it yet, but it seems to be happening now. The regular OnePlus 10 seems to be appearing on the market, but under a different name. In fact, it will probably be made by a different company?

Regular OnePlus 10 seems to be a reality

Danzkij Digital Chat Station discover what the upcoming Oppo Reno 8 has to offer. You probably already guessed which way this story is going. The new smartphone from the company, which OnePlus recently fell under, practically brings to market the OnePlus 10.

Many specifications are not known at this time, but the design of the smartphone speaks volumes. The device features a similar matte finish and carries with it a similar camera system to the OnePlus 10 Pro. At least, in terms of shape. Exactly which cameras are on display is not yet known, although there is talk of a 50-megapixel sensor. That could be the same ultra-wide lens as the one on the OnePlus 10 Pro.

The only major difference between the two designs are the edges of the smartphones. Whereas the 10 Pro works with rounded sides, the Oppo Reno 8 will probably do it with flat sides.

Will Oppo really bring it to market?

Yes, the Oppo Reno 8 is coming. The midrange series has managed to make fans worldwide happy for years, and there is little chance that the Chinese company will want to stop doing that. So although the smartphone will not carry the name of the OnePlus 10, there is a pretty good chance that this could be the model for you.

Oppo and OnePlus have both indicated that they are going their separate ways, but that doesn’t mean that smartphones can’t be similar. In fact, that’s a trend we’ve seen quite often in recent years. But that story is for another time.
