Samsung is going to bring some of the camera functionalities of the Galaxy S22 to other smartphones. The company itself announces this in an official post on its Korean forum. So it could just be that your current smartphones will soon be able to do a bunch of new things.

People with a midrange smartphone or entry-level model from Samsung are unfortunately missing out. The new features appear mainly for the more expensive models.
