Spotify is the most popular streaming service when it comes to music. Yet Apple Music is managing to gain a little ground. For example, the service has higher audio quality than Spotify.
Then again, some features are better with Spotify. Wrapped, for example, is one of its most popular features. Apple has its own version of it and has now launched it.
Apple has its own Spotify Wrapped
At the end of the year, you are (un)willingly harassed with all kinds of lists. Think of voting lists for the Top 2000. Another favorite is Spotify Wrapped. This shows what people have voted for over the last year. Where at first it was only the most listened to songs, that list has now expanded considerably.
Apple Music sees that popularity and is capitalizing on it with its own version. The streaming service calls it Apple Music Replay. It gives the app’s users a look back at what they listened to over the past year. The highs, but perhaps also the lows, depending on your tastes.

But Replay, like Spotify Wrapped, also keeps going the extra mile. For example, its statistics let you see what you’ve listened to the most each month. It also shows you the most listened to songs, artists and albums. There is also the “Top Artists Streaks” feature that shows if a singer, singer or band was at the top for several months.
In addition, like Spotify Wrapped, you can see if you are a top listener in a particular category. For example, you can be among the top 100, 500 or 1,000 listeners.
