The GTA 6 trailer has broken no less than three records on YouTube alone. The game holds the record for most viewed video game trailer on YouTube within 24 hours, with 93 million views.
It also holds the record for most viewed YouTube video in 24 hours (no music). With the trailer, Rockstar beat popular YouTuber MrBeast. The record first belonged to the video Every Country On Earth Fights For $250,000!
Grand Theft Auto 6 is the third most viewed video on YouTube in 24 hours if you do include music videos. The first two spots there belong to the K-Pop band BTS, whose most viewed video had 108 million views in 24 hours.
But GTA 6 has not only done well based on views, it is also the most liked trailer on YouTube in 24 hours with 8.9 million likes. This beats Avengers Endgame as the most liked trailer on YouTube within 24 hours. Previously, the most liked video game trailer was Battlefield 1.
