Apple proudly showed off the Apple Vision Pro at WWDC 2023. The device will be released in early 2024, but an accessory manufacturer accidentally revealed more details. And you can tweak your headset quite a bit.
At WWDC 2023, Apple unveiled the Apple Vision Pro, its first Spatial Computing device. The company has announced plenty of accessory options at launch, and Casetify is among the first to announce its range.
Apple Vision Pro is no longer a secret
As with accessories for iPhones, there will of course be many add-ons for the Vision Pro. And the first details have already been revealed by Casetify. That company packs quite a punch right away.
Bounce Vision is Casetify’s range of accessories, including headbands, protective bumper cases for the external screen, neck straps and cushions for the headset. The range joins Casetify’s existing Bounce range, known for its professional drop protection for personal gadgets. So now the Apple Vision Pro is one of them.
With the addition of the Bounce Vision accessories, Casetify ensures that users can personalize their Apple Vision Pro nicely. So if you’re looking for extra protection or a trendy accessory to complete your spatial computing experience, Casetify covers the load.

Still extremely expensive
That doesn’t change the fact that the Vision Pro won’t become an instant crowd pleaser. Certainly not because of the AR/VR glasses’ high price tag. It has been given a launch price of $3,499. In our country, it will probably be even more expensive due to taxes. Expect a price above 4,000 euros.
Already have glasses? Then you have to pay even more to use your Apple Vision Pro properly. To do so, you’ll need special lenses from Zeiss that fit inside the device. According to Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, these will cost between $300 and $600.
All in all, these are interesting developments and new facts. But that doesn’t change the fact that we want to wait at least a little longer for the first generation of the Apple Vision Pro.
Users will be able to choose from a wide range of colors and designs, or they can even upload their own. Casetify says they want to offer more accessory options that prioritize protection, comfort and style.
