Your Android phone is already expensive enough. What are we saying: life is expensive enough these days. Energy prices shoot through the ceiling, groceries are becoming unaffordable – and then you want to buy an app because it seems interesting to you. But that comes with a risk, because what if you don’t like that app?
When you hook into a free app, there’s no big deal. Then you just uninstall that program and have nothing else to worry about. However, once you decide to spend money on apps (crazy idea, right?), we can imagine that you do want to get value for your money.
Paying for Android apps
You can only spend your hard-earned dollars once … Or well, not when you just get your money back from Google. Did you already know this was possible? Through the Google Play Store, it is possible to request a refund for Android apps you purchased. Great, but how exactly do you do that?

All you have to do to do that is fill out the refund form. This is an “easy self-help procedure that allows you to submit refund requests for Play purchases yourself at any time,” according to Google. Take note of the word “submit,” as you must take timely action.

Of course, there are policies in place regarding those refunds. So if you want to know if you are eligible as an Android user, you would do well to read this article at your leisure. Also, you can always contact the developer directly to see what you can arrange together.
In most cases, however, within 48 hours of purchase, you can simply get your money back. If it’s movies, books or similar content, the chances are less likely, but even then, you can always try this. You usually get a decision within one business day, but this can take up to four business days.
