It’s September again and that means the Apple event is once again upon us. On Sept. 12, Apple will unveil the new iPhone 15 series and probably some other products. So you can watch the unveiling live on Tuesday night.
In addition to the iPhone 15, we expect Apple to unveil more products. In all likelihood, the Cupertino-based company will also show the Apple Watch 9 and possibly even an upgrade to the Apple Watch Ultra on Tuesday night.
Here’s how to watch the iPhone 15 event
Apple has titled the iPhone 15 event Wonderlust. Apple’s Tuesday, Sept. 12 event begins at 7 p.m. Dutch time. It is not known exactly how long the event will last.
There are several ways to watch the unveiling of the new iPhone. For example, you can watch Tuesday’s event live on Apple’s website, on the company’s YouTube channel or through the video below. You can also set up a notification in advance so you definitely don’t miss the event.
Expectations of Apple’s new smartphone
The focus of the Sept. 12 event will, of course, be on the iPhone 15. If rumors are to be believed, we will see the device in four different versions: a standard model, a Plus model, a Pro model and a Pro Max model.
The iPhone 15 and 15 Plus are expected to get the same 48MP main camera as in the iPhone 14 Pro. Dynamic Island is also likely to make an appearance in the non-Pro versions. The new Pro models will reportedly feature a brand new action button, an A17 Bionic chip and a periscopic camera.
Here’s what else we’ll see from Apple on Sept. 12
As previously mentioned, in addition to the iPhone 15, Apple will likely showcase two new smartwatch models. The Apple Watch 9 will likely get a slightly larger screen compared to the Series 8. The smartwatch will also get an updated S9 chip that should provide more powerful performance.
In addition, the Apple Watch Ultra that was first added to the lineup in 2022 may already be getting an upgrade. The updated Ultra model may get a faster chipset and better battery life. We probably won’t see a new MacBook or new AirPods until an event in October.
