#1 White noise
White noise or white noise doesn’t just work for babies: the soothing sounds make you fall asleep quickly. There are several iPhone apps you can download for this purpose, such as Noisli and White Noise.
You can also set up a playlist of soothing sounds through Spotify or Apple Music.

One of the most useful ways to reduce stress is to make sure you’re taking in fewer stimuli. On your iPhone, an easy way to accomplish this is to set a Focus.
For example, turn on Do Not Disturb mode more often. Or set your own Focus. You can do this through the Focus settings. You can also quickly turn the desired Focus on and off at any time via the Control Panel.
#4 Falling asleep carefree
Do you like to listen to music before bed? Or do you like to watch another episode of your favorite series? You can use the Clock app to set a sleep timer of sorts.
