During WWDC23, Apple presented its 15-inch M2 MacBook Air. So the larger laptop has only just come out. Pretty remarkable, then, that it’s already slightly cheaper to buy on Amazon.
With the 15-inch MacBook Air, Apple users finally have a little more choice. Until now in the Air line there was only the 13-inch version. Although the 15-inch is pretty much the same as its smaller brother, there are some differences beyond just the price at Amazon.
This is the 15-inch M2 MacBook Air
The biggest difference, of course, is the size of the screen. This one is 15-inch, making it ideal if you’re working on the go and don’t have access to an extra screen. Still, the MacBook is not much bigger because the screen edges are quite thin. That size also makes it a bit heavier, but that really doesn’t bother you.
Another big difference are the number of speakers on the 15-inch MacBook Air compared to the 13-inch version. Now there are six instead of four. So this gives you even better sound, similar to the MacBook Pro, which of course you can also find on Amazon.
In addition, of course, you also have all the benefits you know from the 13-inch M2 MacBook Air. For example, it has a battery life of 18 hours and under the hood is Apple’s M2 chip. So this laptop is really lightning fast.
You now pay substantially less at Amazon
It’s not often that Apple products are cheaper right after release. That is the case with the 15-inch MacBook Air at Amazon. This is true for almost all variants of the laptop.

The entry-level 15-inch MacBook Air with 256GB SSD and 8GB of RAM has a suggested retail price of 1,599 euros. At Amazon, you now pay just 1,519 euros for it.
The 512GB model is also now cheaper at Amazon. For that version you will now pay 1,739 euros instead of 1,829 euros.
