Podimo is originally a Danish podcast service. Almost all Dutch podcasts can be found there. Moreover, there are exclusive titles available. But is it worth paying for this service, as you already do with Netflix, when you can also listen to free podcasts on platforms such as Spotify or the Apple Podcast app?

Podimo can actually be considered the Netflix of the podcast industry. Especially in the area of Dutch podcasts, it offers a larger selection than Spotify or Apple’s service, for example.This is because the first two platforms offer free podcasts, while Podimo also has exclusive titles. This exclusive content is only accessible through a subscription. Examples include the Zelfspodcast or De beste smaak van Nederland.
Besides exclusivity, paying for Podimo offers other advantages. For example, you will not hear any advertisements during the recordings. Moreover, in addition to listening, you can also watch as videos are recorded.

But with Podimo, you get more than just podcasts. With the Premium subscription, you also get 10 hours a month of listening to audiobooks. With the Premium-Plus subscription, you get unlimited access to audiobooks.
